At Old Elvet, extensive external repairs included roof restoration, brickwork and pointing, window replacement and decoration to protect and preserve the building fabric. Internally, the building was fully stripped back and reconfigured to create a new layout supporting teaching and faculty use, including full rewiring, new heating systems, AV installations, kitchenettes, accessible facilities and refreshed finishes throughout.

At Saddler Street, a 36-week programme delivered the careful conversion of another historic building into practical teaching facilities and offices. External works included roof and window repairs, while internal works introduced new partitions, upgraded mechanical and electrical services, panel heating, AV, kitchenettes and full internal refurbishment.

Across both buildings, the focus remained on retaining the character and integrity of the historic fabric while creating functional, modern environments suited to contemporary university use.
