Situated in Northumberland, Aptus delivered a major refurbishment at Ashington Academy, in order to modernise their educational environment, and modernise the Academy’s facilities. The project took place over the course of 33 weeks, in 6 phases spanning over 30,000+ sqft.

Education

Delivered in close collaboration with the Academy and students works included:

– M&E Upgrades
– Creation of a new bin store
– Refurbishment of the school gym
– Facade replacement and improvement works to a large part of the building
– Installation of a new commercial kitchen
– Refurbishment of the existing sixth form café
– External works, including re-tarmacking and installation of outdoor fixed furniture.
