Digital Approach
Our digital delivery integrates Matterport’s high-accuracy spatial capture with Procore’s real-time construction management platform to provide continuous project visibility and data-led control. Matterport creates a precise digital twin of the live environment, enabling real-world measurement to within 1/16-inch accuracy, improving verification, coordination and risk management while significantly reducing site revisits, waste and manual documentation.
Paired with Procore, project data is synchronised across site and office in real time, tracking progress, change, quality and forecasting in a single controlled environment. This improves programme certainty, strengthens decision-making and reduces rework by up to 50% through early issue identification and coordinated delivery.
Clients retain full visibility and control throughout, with access to live dashboards, verified progress records and immersive virtual walkthroughs, enabling faster approvals, clearer communication and more informed project governance.
