Cat B workplace fit out
for global gaming company
in Gateshead.
At the Riga Building in Team Valley, a 16,500 sq ft Cat B fit-out created a new headquarters workspace for a global technology company. The brief was to shape an environment that reflected the client’s culture, open, creative and collaborative ,while supporting day-to-day working and future growth.
The layout centred around open-plan working, encouraging interaction and idea sharing, with breakout areas including gaming and social spaces. Bleacher-style seating, constructed from FSC-certified timber, provides a flexible setting for meetings, training and informal use, while the overall layout maximises light, views and connection across the space.

The scope included full strip-out and turnkey fit-out, new M&E services, exposed ceilings, refurbished welfare facilities, varied floor finishes, glazed and stud partitions, bespoke seating, blinds and furniture throughout.
The completed workspace supports collaboration, flexibility and creativity, aligned with the client’s identity and working culture.
