Refurbishment of 3 floors of a 30,000 sqft office building to create laboratories and office spaces for biotech company Leica Biosystems.

Works included the creation of specialist laboratory and working environments within a live operational setting. Mechanical and electrical upgrades were required to support controlled testing and technical performance. Careful coordination was required to integrate specialist services while maintaining operational continuity.

The completed environment provides high-performing, technically compliant laboratory and workspace facilities, supporting Leica Biosystems’ ongoing research and operational needs.
