Design & build of
gaming offices including
furniture and fit out

Design and build of a flagship gaming workspace at Esh Plaza, Newcastle, including full Cat B fit out and furniture. The workplace was shaped around hybrid and digitally enabled ways of working, creating a user-centred environment that supports focus, collaboration and social connection. Spatial planning placed shared and collaborative settings at the core of the layout, with integrated technology enabling seamless movement between in-person and remote working.

  • Client: Bede Gaming
  • Building: Offices
  • Area: 10,500 Sq Ft
  • Programme: 10 weeks
  • Status: Completed

The project involved a full strip out of existing partitions, flooring, M&E services and suspended ceilings, followed by the installation of new building services to support a flexible, future-ready workplace. The internal layout was reconfigured through new stud and glazed partitions forming meeting rooms, conference spaces and a directors office, alongside the introduction of bleacher seating and whiteboard walls to encourage informal collaboration, knowledge sharing and agile working. New suspended ceilings, acoustic buffer treatments and a raised access floor improved comfort, performance and adaptability, complemented by a variety of floor finishes, a new kitchen with boiling water provision, full decoration and furniture installation. The result is a considered, digitally enabled workplace designed to support performance, culture and day-to-day experience in a modern hybrid environment.
